Abstract
Za izdelavo majhnih izdelkov in popravila orodij se danes vse bolj uveljavljajo tehnologije 3D nanosa materiala na osnovo v obliki prahov. To velja tudi za kovine, kjer se zaradi višjih delovnih temperatur med procesom izdelave izdelka uveljavljata tehnologiji nanosa SLM (PBF) in LENS (DED). V magistrski nalogi smo preiskovali nanos kovinskega prahu na osnovo po omenjenih tehnologijah. Hkrati smo izdelali preizkušance po hibridni tehnologiji, ki povezuje oba načina izgradnje izdelka. Kakovost izdelanih izdelkov smo kontrolirali s preizkušanci, izdelanimi iz prahov nikljevih superzlitin Inconel 625 in Inconel 718. Izdelane izdelke smo tudi toplotno obdelali. Kakovost izdelanih vzorcev smo ugotavljali z rentgenskim preizkusom, gostotnim testom, nateznim preizkusom in mikrostrukturo.

Title:The characteristics of nickel super alloys Inconel 625 and 718, builded with different 3D printing technologies
Abstract:
For manufacturing small parts and for rapairing tools today we more and more use 3D deposition technologies of metal powder on base. That also goes for metals, where are because of high temperatures during the manufacturing proces of the product mostly used deposition technologies SLM (PBF) and LENS (DED). In this thesis we studied deposition of metal powder on base with aforementioned technologies. At the same time we made testers with hybrid technologies that connects both technics of bulding products. Quality of the builded products we controlled by the testers that were made of nickel super alloys Inconel 625 and 718. Builded parts we had also heat treated. Quality of the builded samples was tested with X-ray examination, density test, tensile test and micrographic examination.
