Zasnova gonila za usklajevanje hitrosti podajalnih valjev pri stroju za rezanje briketov iz umetne mase

Stroj za peletiranje v grobem sestavljata dva pomembna sklopa, rezilo ter podajalni valji. Enakomerno podajanje je pomembno, ker zagotavlja enakomerno dolžino briketov in preprečuje nabiranje materiala. Obodni hitrosti obeh valjev se morata ujemati s hitrostjo transportnega traku. Pogonska stroja traku in podajalnih valjev sta vezana na en frekvenčni regulator. Zato smo skonstruirali gonilo, ki zagotavlja ujemanje hitrosti traku in podajalnih valjev. Pri konstruiranju smo uporabili CAD program Creo 4.0, pri izračunih pa Microsoft Excel. Celotna naprava z gonilom je bila sestavljena in obratuje z željenimi rezultati.

• Title: Design of the gear unit for adjusting the speed of the rollers in the maschine for cutting plastic briquettes

Abstract

The coarse pelletizer consists of two important assemblies, blades and feed rollers. Uniform feeding is important because it ensures a uniform length of briquettes and prevents the picking of the material. The peripheral speeds of both cylinders must match the speed of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt and feed rollers are connected to a single frequency regulator. Therefore, we have constructed a gear unit that ensures matching the speed of the belt and feed rollers. During the construction, we used the CAD program Creo 4.0 for calculations and Microsoft Excel. The entire gear unit was also assembled and is operated with the desire results.
