Abstract
Za upravljanje sodobnega mobilno hidravličnega stroja z manipulacijsko roko se od uporabnika zahteva velika mera spretnosti in izkušenj. Zato je prisotna želja, da krmilno hidravlični sistem, pomaga upravljalcu pri natančnejšem opravljanju njegovega dela. V obravnavanem delu smo se osredotočili na nadgradnjo krmiljenja hidravličnega prijemala, kot enega od možnih priključkov roke. Zasnovali in izdelali smo hidravlični sistem z asistenčnim krmilnikom in zaslonom na dotik. Sistem omogoča boljši nadzor nad dejanskimi razmerami v grabilcu. Prenos signala iz tlačnega zaznavala v grabilcu je bil izveden z brezžičnim modulom. Na prototipu naprave so bile izvedene osnovne meritve hidravličnih parametrov ter validacija krmilnega sistema.

Title:Smart grapple development
Abstract:
To operate a modern mobile hydraulic machine with a manipulator arm, the user require a great deal of skill and experience. Therefore, there is a desire for the control hydraulic system to assist the operator in performing his work more precisely. In the present work, we have focused on upgrading the control of the hydraulic grapple as one of the possible attachments of the arm. We designed and manufactured a hydraulic system with an assist machine control and touch screen. The system provides better control over physical conditions of the grapple. The signal transmission from the grapples pressure sensor was carried out using a wireless module. Basic measurements of hydraulic parameters and validation of the control system were carried out on the device prototype.
