Abstract
Zahtevni procesni sistemi pogojujejo kakovostne 3D načrte. To je še posebej pomembno pri nadgradnjah v obstoječih delovnih objektih, kjer običajno obstajajo zapletena cevovodna omrežja med procesnimi sistemi. V delu je prikazano načrtovanje procesnih sistemov s poudarkom na cevovodih s pomočjo 3D skeniranja obstoječih prostorov, ki nam v okolju Autodeskovih programskih paketov omogoča kakovostno umestitev novih cevovodnih poti v zahtevnih procesnih objektih. Po izdelavi modela procesnega omrežja je tega in oblak točk obstoječega objekta mogoče uvoziti v skupen virtualni prostor, s čimer se preverijo morebitne kolizije in izvedljivost montaže, čemur sledi izdelava dokumentacije v obliki izometrij. V zadnjem delu zaključne naloge je prikazana umestitev nadgradnje cevovodnega sistema v procesni objekt in izdelava ustrezne dokumentacije.

Title:Designing process systems using 3D csanning
Abstract:
The demanding process systems determine the quality of 3D designs. This is particularly important for upgrades in the existing work facilities where there are usually complex pipeline networks between process systems. The thesis presents the designing of process systems with an emphasis on pipelines by using 3D scanning of existing spaces, which enables us in the Autodesk software packages to place new high-quality pipeline routes in demanding process facilities. After creating the process network model, it can be imported together with the point cloud of the existing object into a common virtual space to check possible collisions and assembly practicability, followed by the production of the documentation in the form of isometrics. In the final part of my thesis, the placement of the pipeline system upgrade into the process facility and the production of the corresponding documentation is presented.
