Abstract
Za prototipno orodje, ki je namenjeno izdelavi termoset magnetov v obliki tulca, je izračunano stacionarno temperaturno stanje med delovanjem. Termična analiza je bila izvedena z računalniškim programom za inženirske simulacije – ANSYS Structural. Magneti bodo izdelani s potiskom segretega magnetnega materiala v kaviteto, hkrati pa bo z magnetnim poljem oblikovana njihova kristalna struktura. Za pravilno izdelavo magnetov mora biti kaviteta s štirimi grelci enakomerna segreta na stalno temperaturo 170 °C. Magnetno polje bo vzpostavljeno s štirimi tuljavami, ki so vodno hlajene. Vse skupaj v orodju predstavlja kompleksne toplotne robne pogoje. Na osnovi izračunanega temperaturnega polja so podane ugotovitve glede morebitne modifikacije orodja.

Title:Thermal analysis of modul for making thermoset magnets
Abstract:
For prototype mold that is used for making thermoset magnets in shape of tube is calculated thermal steady state during manufacturing process. Thermal analysis has been done with computer software for engineering simulations - ANSYS Structural. Magnets will be made with pressing heated magnetic material into mold, at the same time magnetic field will form their crystal shape. To properly manufacture magnets, mold has to be evenly heated with four cartridge heaters at steady temperature 170 °C. Magnetic field will be achieved with four coils that will also be water cooled. Altogether presents complex thermal boundary conditions. Based on calculated temperature field there are given our findings and potential modifications on the mold.
