This thesis describes development of printed circuit board for control of BLDC motors. It begins with presentation of theoretical basis about operation and control of BLDC motors. This is followed by description of structure and operation of individual subcircuits and explanation of motor commutation program. At the end, the results of testing are presented.
The result of this development is printed circuit board for controlling electronically commutated motors in low voltage battery powered applications. At Domel d.o.o., this PCB can be used as a basis for further development of electronics with 32-bit microcontrollers by STMicroelectronics.
