Abstract
V magistrski nalogi obravnavamo izkustveno učenje na primeru lokalne zgodovine Črnega Vrha in okolice. Osrednja ideja izkustvenega učenja je, da se najbolje naučimo stvari, če jih naredimo sami. Na podlagi tega domnevamo, da je ravno to dobro izhodišče za uvajanje spoznavanja lokalne zgodovine, saj lahko izkušnje pridobimo v domačem okolju in jih nato prenesemo v učenje. Namen magistrskega dela je raziskati, kako pogosto se učitelji pri pouku zgodovine odločajo za uporabo izkustvenega učenja v zvezi z lokalno zgodovino. Kratek pregled zgodovine Črnovrške planote obsega čas od leta 1823, ko je bil izdan franciscejski kataster za katastrsko občino Črni Vrh, pa do konca druge svetovne vojne. V praktičnem delu naloge smo teorijo prenesli v prakso in s pomočjo Osnovne šole Črni Vrh izvedli tudi učni nastop, ki se je navezoval na rapalsko mejo, katere ostanke smo vključili v spoznavanje lokalne zgodovine. Empirični del naloge je sestavljen iz rezultatov raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli s pomočjo spletne ankete. Rezultati raziskave, v katero je bilo vključenih deset učiteljev, ki poučujejo zgodovino na slovenskih osnovnih šolah, so pokazali, da učitelji pogosto uporabljajo izkustveno učenje ter v pouk vključujejo spoznavanje lokalne zgodovine. Z magistrsko nalogo želimo spodbuditi osnovne šole, da bi v večji meri vključevale izkustveno učenje in lokalno zgodovino v pouk.

Title:Experimental learning – getting to know the local history of the Črni Vrh area in the elementary schools
Abstract:
The master’s thesis deals with experiential learning related to the local history of Črni Vrh and its surroundings. The central idea of experiential learning is that students learn most effectively when they do things themselves. Based on this idea, it is assumed that experiential learning represents a good starting point to learn about local history, since the experiences are acquired in the local environment and introduced into the learning process. The aim of the master’s thesis is therefore to analyse how often teachers use experiential learning related to local history in their history lessons. A brief historical survey of the Črni Vrh area comprises the period from 1823, when the Franciscan cadaster for the cadastral municipality of Črni Vrh was issued, until the end of the Second World War. The practical segment of the master’s research consisted of a teaching performance, when theory met practice, conducted at the Črni Vrh elementary school. The topic of the history lesson was the Rapallo border and its remains, which were included in the local history learning experience. The empirical part of the thesis includes a presentation of the results of an online survey and their analysis. The results of the survey, filled out by 10 history teachers in Slovene primary schools, reveal that teachers use experiential learning frequently and they tend to include local history elements in their history lessons. One of the aims of the thesis is to encourage elementary schools to incorporate experiential learning and local history into the school curriculum more frequently.
