The goal of the thesis is optimization of choice thermal cut off on the kitchen appliance drive. Existing thermal cut off is located on electronics and it's separated from the source of heat (stator winding). The improvement is the installation of thermal cut off on the heat source, that is on the surface of coil holder or inductor directly above the stator winding. The task requires a recording of the current state and measurments of reference temperature curves, which become a basis for choosing the optimal thermal cut off. Based on samples of Sensata manufacturer and our measurements , we decided for a thermal cut off that protects the appliance, its components and the complete device from thermal damage in a case of abnormal usage.
