Abstract
Uvod: Pri izdelovanju zobnega nadomestka ima človeški faktor še vedno veliko vlogo. Vid je eden od teh dejavnikov in le-ta mora biti čim boljši. Na vidno zaznavanje laboratorijskega izvajalca ali zobozdravnika pri določanju ali izdelovanju zobnega nadomestka vplivajo številni dejavniki, kot so: izkušnje, okvare vida, utrujenost, okolica, kontrasti, kvaliteta okoljske svetlobe. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je pripraviti barvne teste, s katerimi bi preverili barvno zaznavanje tesitranca, ugotoviti, če je laboratorijski izvajalec z barvno slepoto sposoben določiti pravilno barvo zoba, ter izdelati zobni nadomestek v enaki barvi, kot so sosednji zobje. Metode dela: Z deskriptivno metodo je v uvodnem delu predstavljena literatura o barvni slepoti. Metodo z barvnimi testi smo uporabili v raziskovalnem delu, v katerem smo uporabili Ishihara test za določitev najpogostejše rdeče-zelene barvne slepote, test določanja barve s pomočjo barvnih ključev VITA System 3D-Master in VITA Linearguide 3D-Master ter test vpliva simultanega ali sočasnega kontrasta. S testi smo testirali študenta laboratorijske zobne protetike in študentko delovne terapije. V okviru diplomskega dela so bile izdelane štiri kovinsko-porcelanske solo prevleke v interkaninem področju. Rezultati: Testiranec s klinično potrjeno barvno slepoto je na 38 barvnih plošč Ishihara testa pravilno odgovoril na 22 plošč. Pri testiranju določanja barve s pomočjo barvnih ključev je od 6 tablic pravilno določil par 3 tablicam. Pri vseh 6 tablicah je pravilno določil dimenzijo svetlosti in nasičenost barve. Pri 3 tablicah je napačno določil barvni ton barve tablice. Testiranka je barvne teste rešila pravilno. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela smo izdelali štiri solo prevleke v kovinsko-porcelanski tehniki za zobeh od 12 do 22. Primerjalno prevleko (11) smo izdelali v osnovni barvi, medtem smo ostalim prevlekam mešali različne osnovne barve. Razprava in sklep: Za določanje barve in izdelovanje zobnega nadomestka moramo poznati barvno teorijo in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na videnje barve, in na končni zobni nadomestek. Osebe, ki imajo potrjeno klinično barvno slepoto, imajo težave pri določanju barve, vendar s poznavanjem barvne teorije in dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na barvno zaznavanje, lahko pravilno izberejo barvo zoba pacienta in naredijo zobni nadomestek v pravilni barvi. V težjih primerih pa si vendarle lahko pomagajo s sodelavci ali z digitalnimi pripomočki. Barvni testi, s katerimi smo testirali testiranca, nam kažejo objektivne rezultate, vendar bi za bolj relevantne rezultate morali testirati večje število ljudi. Z praktičnim izdelkom smo prikazali, da z mešanjem različnih osnovnih barv ne dobimo enake barve primerjalnega zoba (11), vendar pa lahko tehniko mešanja barv uporabimo takrat, ko je pacientova barva zoba med dvema barvama v barvnem ključu.

Title:
The influence of colour blindness in the manufacture of prothetic components in dental prosthetics : diploma work
Abstract:
Introduction: Human factor still plays a major role in making a dental substitute. One of the factors is vision and it must be as good as possible. Many factors, such as experience, visual impairments, fatigue, surroundings, contrasts or quality of environmental light, influence visual perception of the laboratory operator or dentist in determining or making the tooth replacement. Purpose: The purpose of this diploma work is to prepare color tests to check for color perception of the participant and ascertain if a laboratory worker with color blindness is able to determine the correct color of the tooth and make a dental substitute in the same color as the adjacent teeth. Methods: In the introductory part the literature on color blindness is presented using the descriptive method. The color test method is used in the research part in which we used the Ishihara test to determine the most common red-green color blindness, the color determination test using the VITA System 3D-Master and VITA Linearguide 3D-Master color keys, and simultaneous or concurrent contrast test. A laboratory dental prosthetics student and a work therapy student participated in the tests. Four metal-porcelain solo coatings in the intercanine area were made as part of the research. Results: The participant with clinically confirmed color blindness correctly identified 22 out of 38 color plates on the Ishihara test. When testing for color determination using color keys, the participant correctly paired 3 out of 6 plates. He correctly determined the dimension of brightness and color saturation in all 6 plates. He incorrectly determined the color tone in 3 of the color plates. The work therapy student correctly completed all the color tests. In the practical part of the diploma work, we produced four solo coatings in metal-porcelain technique for teeth 12 to 22. The comparative coating (11) was made in the base color, while other coatings were mixed using different basic colors. Discussion and conclusion: In order to determine the color and make a dental substitute we need to be familiar with the color theory and the factors influencing color perception and the final product. People with confirmed clinical color blindness have difficulty determining color, but with the knowledge of color theory and factors affecting color detection, they can correctly choose the color of the patient's tooth and make the tooth replacement in the correct color.
