Obravnava medosebnih odnosov z vidika kadrovske službe

Abstract
Medosebni odnosi na delovnem mestu so pomembna in aktualna tema, ki nima svojih razsežnosti le v delovnem življenju posameznika, temveč tudi v njegovem zasebnem življenju. V magistrskem delu sem najprej naredila teoretični pregled literature, kjer sem ugotovila, da so dobri medosebni odnosi na delovnem mestu zelo pomembni za zaposlene. Svoje raziskovanje sem posvetila kadrovskim službam, saj me je zanimal njihov pogled na tematiko medosebnih odnosov na delovnem mestu, še bolj pa me je zanimal njihov pristop oziroma vloga pri obravnavi dobrih ter slabih medosebnih odnosov na delovnem mestu. Zato sem opravila enajst polstrukturiranih intervjujev z vodilnimi kadroviki v velikih slovenskih organizacijah. Kadrovski menedžerji so podali številne pristope za ohranjanje dobrih odnosov na delovnem mestu. Najpogosteje organizirajo delavnice, izobraževanja. Pripravljeni so pomagati, gradijo kulturo odprtega komuniciranja, uporabljajo različne pravilnike in že s selekcijo kadra skrbijo za ustrezno preventivo. Tudi za razreševanje slabih odnosov na delovnem mestu kadrovski menedžerji uporabljajo veliko različnih pristopov in načinov. Največkrat zagotovijo mediacijo, skrbijo za izvajanje disciplinskih postopkov, ne pristopijo nujno takoj k reševanju, posredujejo na miren način in pri reševanju sodelujejo s predstavniki delavcev, s psihologi, psihoterapevti.

Title:Dealing with interpersonal relationships from the human resources department perspective
Abstract:
Interpersonal relationships at the working place are a necessary and current topic which is comprehensive not only in the working life of an individual but also in his private life. In the master’s thesis, I first made a theoretical review of literature where I ascertained that good interpersonal relationships at the working place are very important for the employees. I dedicated my research to human resources departments, as I was interested in their view about the issues of interpersonal relationships at the workplace. Even more, I was interested in their approach and their role in the treatment of good and bad interpersonal relationships at the workplace. Therefore, I performed eleven semi-structured interviews with the leading human resources officers in big Slovenian organizations. Human resources managers listed numerous approaches for preserving good relationships at the workplace. Most often, they organize workshops and education. They are prepared to help. They build a culture of open communication. They use various rulebooks and take preventive action by the very selection of the personnel. Human resources managers use a lot of different approaches and methods for solving bad relationships in the workplace also. On most occasions, they assure mediation and take care of the performance of disciplinary procedures. It is not necessary that they immediately tend to solve the problems. They mediate in a peaceful way and cooperate with the representatives of the workers, psychologists, and psychotherapists.
