Abstract
Za zagotavljanje visoke produktivnosti izdelave gredi krogličnih ventilov je ključno učinkovito načrtovanje obdelovalnih tehnologij. Tako smo postavili dve različni tehnologiji, kjer sta glavni mehanski obdelavi struženje in frezanje. V zaključnem delu so prikazani koraki procesa izdelave gredi od CNC-programa do končne izdelave gredi. Izbrati je bilo treba ustrezne parametre, vpliv katerih smo spremljali skozi teste na končnih dimenzijah, hrapavosti obdelanih površin ter času obdelav. Na koncu ugotovimo, da obe načrtovani tehnologiji pripomoreta k povečanju produktivnosti procesa izdelave proizvoda (gredi).

Title:
Productivity analysis of the ball valve shaft production process
Abstract:
To ensure high productivity of the ball valve shaft production, it is vital to efficiently plan the machining technologies. For this paper, two different technologies were used with the main mechanical machining processes of turning and milling. The final part of the paper showcases the steps of the shaft production process from the CNC programme to the final production. Appropriate parameters had to be chosen, the effect of which was monitored through final tests of the dimensions, roughness of the machined surfaces and machining times. It was established that both technologies aid in the improvement of productivity of the shaft production process.
