Abstract
Zdravje je najpomembnejši dejavnik našega življenja. Ravno zaradi tega mora biti delavcem zagotovljeno zdravo in varno delovno okolje, kar pa je eden izmed glavnih ciljev ergonomije. Z uvedbo ergonomskih načel se izognemo obremenitvam na delovnem mestu. Ergonomija pisarniških prostorov in opreme ima močan vpliv na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Zadovoljni in zdravi zaposleni pa so ključ do uspešnega podjetja. Cilj diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, ali ima ergonomija pisarniških prostorov in opreme vpliv na zadovoljstvo pri delu. Za pomoč pri raziskovanju je uporabljena deskriptivna metoda, in sicer s študijem domače in tuje literature. Za zbiranje podatkov in ugotavljanje obstoječega stanja v organizaciji je kot instrument raziskovanja uporabljena tehnika ankete. Analiza raziskave je pokazala, da ergonomsko organizirani pisarniški prostori in oprema v organizaciji vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Zaposleni so izrazito zadovoljni s svojim delovnim mestom, na delo se radi vračajo, poleg tega pa so zadovoljni tudi s statusom in odgovornostjo, ki jo imajo v organizaciji. Posebno zadovoljstvo pa je izraženo o medsebojnih odnosih v organizaciji. Zadovoljni zaposleni so ključ do uspešnega poslovanja organizacije. Organizacija zaposlenim zagotavlja ergonomsko organizirane pisarniške prostore in opremo, kar pomeni, da imajo zaposleni zagotovljeno varno in zdravo delovno okolje. Zaposleni so s svojim delovnim mestom zadovoljni, kar pa ima močan vpliv tako na njihovo zasebno življenje kot tudi na družbo kot celoto.

Title:THE INFLUENCE OF OFFICE ERGONOMICS AND ERGONOMIC EQUIPMENT IN THE COMPANY ON JOB SATISFACTION
Abstract:
Health is the most important factor in our lives. For this reason companies must guarantee healthy and safe working environment for its employees. With applying fundamental ergonomic principles in the office environment we can avoid risking employees' health and safety. Office ergonomics and ergonomic equipment have a strong impact on job satisfaction. Satisfied and healthy employees are the key to a successful company. The goal of the research was to determine whether office ergonomics and ergonomic equipment have an important impact on job satisfaction. For the research a descriptive method of studying domestic and foreign literature was used. A survey technique was used as a research instrument to collect data and determine the existing situation in the company. The analysis of the survey showed that office ergonomics and ergonomic equipment affects job satisfaction. Employees are very satisfied with their workplace, with their work status and responsibilities they have. People are happy to be able to work in an environment where mutual relations are good and equally satisfactory. Satisfied employees are the key to a successful company. The company provides office ergonomics and ergonomic equipment for its employees, which means that employees are guaranteed a healthy and safe working environment. Employees are satisfied with their workplace, which has a strong influence on their private lives and society as well.
