Abstract
Kljub hitremu tehnološkemu razvoju in porastu števila prometnih nezgod po svetu, ostajajo naprave za merjenje vplivnih količin na kraju prometne nezgode enake kot pred desetletji. V nalogi so predstavljene metode merjenja količin, predlagane alternativne merilne naprave, njihova verifikacija in merilni protokoli. Opisani so izvedeni realni eksperimenti z uporabo pospeškomerov, brezpilotnega letalnika in termometra ter analizirane izmerjene vrednosti. Na podlagi eksperimentov smo potrdili zmožnosti predlaganih merilnih naprav za zajem večjega števila podatkov v kratkem času in predlagali cenovno dostopen komplet prenosne merilne opreme.

Title:Influence Quantities Measuring Devices for Road Traffic Accident Analysis
Abstract:
Despite the rapid technological development and the increasing number of traffic accidents around the world, devices for measuring influence quantities at the road traffic accident scene remain the same as decades ago. In the master thesis we present the possible measuring methods, propose alternative measuring devices, verify them and propose the measuring protocols. Experiments using accelerometers, unmanned aerial vehicle and digital thermometer are carried out and described. The analysis of the measured data is also conducted and presented. Based on the experiments, we confirmed the capabilities of the proposed measuring devices for capturing large amount of data in short time and proposed an inexpensive set of portable measuring equipment.
