Abstract
V diplomskem delu sta predstavljena nastavitev orodja in spremljanje ponovljivosti procesa za preoblikovanje pločevine pri velikoserijski proizvodnji. Prvi del diplomskega dela je teoretičen, v njem pa so predstavljeni preoblikovanje, vrste maziv, trenje in njegovo preprečevanje. V nadaljevanju so predstavljene vrste stiskalnic in orodja za preoblikovanje. Namen empiričnega dela je ugotavljanje vzroka napake, zaradi katere so bili izdelki slabi in niso dosegali predpisanega tolerančnega območja. Napaka se je pojavila na progresivnem orodju za izdelavo kosov in jo je bilo treba odpraviti v najkrajšem možnem času. Zaradi slabih rezultatov po nastavitvi orodja smo proces ponovno spremljali, da bi si zagotovili brezhibno ponovljivost in našli vzroke za odstopanja med meritvami. Rezultati in ugotovitve, ki smo jih pridobili z meritvami, so predstavljeni v obliki slik in grafov, dodana pa jim je tudi razlaga. Ugotovili smo, da je potrebno orodje ustrezno popraviti in narediti izboljšave za nadaljni razvoj za boljše ter zanesljivejše delo.

Title:Optimization of a multifaceted stamping tools for the mass production of iron components
Abstract:
In the diploma the tool setting and monitoring of the repeatability of the process for the transformation of sheet metal in a mass production is presented. The diploma work initially comprises a theoretical description, namely about transformation in general, types of lubricants, friction and its prevention. Furthermore, the types of presses and tools for transformation are presented. The purpose of the empirical work is to determine the cause of the error, which made the products poor and did not reach the tolerance area. Therefore, it was necessary to find the cause of the error that occurred on the pieces making progressive tool and removing it as soon as possible. Because of the poor results after the tool setup, we re-monitored the process to ensure that it is perfectly repeatable, and find the causes for the deviations between the measurements. The results and findings obtained by the measurements are presented in the form of images and graphs in addition to explanations. We have found that it is a necessary tool adequate to repair and make improvements for further development for a better and more reliable work.
