For the past several years, all major construction companies have been introducing and developing digitization processes for the sake of competitiveness. Their goal is above all to increase the efficiency of investment management in all stages of construction. Just as the project is divided into different phases, the core area of project management can be divided into four models (object model, production model, schedule model and model of risks).
For all these models, digitization must offer an appropriate solution and be able to connect it correctly. This is not a simple task, especially when we are aware of the diversity of projects and the different levels of competence of individual stakeholders involved.
Therefore, the awareness of management and business owners about the importance of adopting the vision and elements of the 4th Industrial Revolution is of key importance. However, in the future, digitalization will be one of the key elements in the construction industry, the problem remains providing of digitalisation.
