Abstract
Tema diplomskega dela je pogled skozi objektiv fotoaparata na skrite (zapuščene) kraje mesta Reke na Hrvaškem. Predmeti fotografiranja so različne zgradbe, tovarne, notranji bazeni, ladja in gledališče. Glede na temo diplome se proučujejo fotografije, ki se osredotočajo na arhitekturno fotografijo in dokumentarno fotografijo, ki se imenuje tudi reporterska oz. novinarska fotografija. Ta zvrst fotografije prevladuje v primeru snemanja zgoraj omenjenih predmetov. Da bi se tema bolj približala in proučila, bo opisana zgodovina mesta Reke s poudarkom na delu zgodovine, ki se nanaša na motive posnetih fotografij. Cilj diplomskega dela bodo avtorske fotografije skozi umetniški izraz in osebno vizijo določenega predmeta in njegove zgodovine. Torej, vsaka fotografija bo imela opis ali zgodbo. Poleg tega bo vsaka fotografija analizirana, s čimer bo tema v celoti dopolnjena.

Title:
Photography of hidden locations in the city of RIjeka
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis is a view on the abandoned locations in the city of Rijeka through the camera lens. Subjects are various buildings, factories, indoor pools, ships and a theater. Special emphasis is put on the techniques used in shooting of the mentioned subjects. Furthermore, different types of photography are studied and a special emphasis is also put on the architectural and documentary photography, also known as journalism photography. These types are dominant in connection with the before mentioned subjects. In fact, a special attention is put on the history of the city of Rijeka and photographed subjects. The aim of this thesis is to present the authorial photographs of the subjects, expressed through artistic expression of the photographer and a personal view of the specific subjects and their history. In relation to that statement, each of these photograph has its own story. Furthermore, original photographs are analyzed through the elements of the composition and photographing techniques, which completes this thesis.
