Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena problematika rasizma in zatiranje Afroameričanov v Ameriki, kar je bil povod za raziskavo o upravičenosti ustanovitve podjetja »Noemi Jae« in neprofitne organizacije. Podjetje bo finančno podpiralo fundacijo za pomoč afroameriškim otrokom in mladostnikom v Ameriki na poti k boljšemu in poštenemu življenju. Koncept diplomske naloge temelji na sekundarnih virih o zgodovini življenja, stilih, barvah in materialih oblačil Afroameričanov v Ameriki od 16. stoletja, obdobju suženjstva, pa do danes. Eksperimentalni del vsebuje predstavitev in strategijo delovanja podjetja ter delovanje modne humanitarne znamke. Podjetje »Noemi Jae« bo izdelovalo kvalitetna ročno izdelana oblačila iz naravnih materialov, zato teoretični del opisuje še pomen trajnostnega razvoja in pravične trgovine. Za razvoj podjetja je uporabljena kanvas metoda, s katero so na enostaven način predstavljene aktivnosti, partnerji, distribucijske poti, odnosi s kupci, ključni viri za delovanje podjetja, fiksni, enkratni in spremenljivi stroški ter prihodki podjetja, ki bodo izključno od prodaje oblačil preko spletne trgovine. Za podrobnejši opis humanitarne blagovne znamke »Noemi Jae« je izdelana projektna knjiga. V njej so opisani cilji projekta, šest faz, potrebnih za uresničitev projekta, in sicer od izdelave poslovnega načrta do začetka uspešne prodaje ter ustanovitve neprofitne organizacije, ki ji bo podjetje »Noemi Jae« namenilo del prihodka od svojega podjetja. Izdelan je še gantogram, ki časovno prikazuje vse aktivnosti, ki so potrebne za otvoritev podjetja »Noemi Jae« in načrt predvidenih stroškov. Na podlagi navedenega je bila ugotovljena upravičenost otvoritve podjetja »Noemi Jae«.

Title:Foundation of the humanitarian clothing brand
Abstract:
The graduation thesis presents racism and oppression of African-Americans in America, which was the driving force for the survey on the establishment of the company »Noemi Jae« and the non-profit organization. »Noemi Jae« will financially support the nonprofit foundation to help African-American children and adolescents in America on a journey to a better life. The graduation thesis is derived from secondary sources of the historic lifestyles, designs, colors, and materials of African-American clothing ranging from the 16th century, the period of slavery, and the present. The experimental part details the company's presentation, strategy, and a fashionable humanitarian brand. The company »Noemi Jae« will produce quality handmade clothes from natural materials, therefore the theoretical part describes the importance of sustainable development and fair trade. For the company's development, a canvas method is used to easily represent the activities, partners, distribution channels, relationships with customers, key sources for the operation of the company, fixed one-time and variable costs, and the company's revenue exclusively from the sale of clothing through online shops. For a more detailed description of the humanitarian brand »Noemi Jae« a project book has been produced. It describes the objectives of the project, the six phases vital to the project's realization, the preparation of the business plan to the beginning of successful sales, and the establishment of a non-profit organization, to which the company »Noemi Jae« will contribute part of its revenue. There is also a gantogram that shows all the activities needed for the opening of the company »Noemi Jae« and a plan of the projected costs. Based on the above, the justification for the opening of the company »Noemi Jae« was established.
