Abstract
Obrazovanje je bitan faktor razvoja ličnosti, jer samo ulaganjem u spopstveni rast mogu se ostvariti željeni ciljevi. Profesionalno usavršavanje doprinosi efikasnom i kvalitetnom izvršavanju dodeljenih aktivnosti. Kroz proces učenja zaposleni proširuju svoja znanja, sposobnosti i veštine. Usavršavanjem i sticanjem nekih novih znanja, dolazi do satisfakcije osobe i samim tim veće motivacije za daljim i što boljim radom.

Abstract:
Education is an important factor in the development of personality, because only investingin your growth, desired goals can be achieved. Profesional development contributes to efficient and high - quality execution of assigned activities. Through the process of learning, employees expand their knowledge, abilities and skils. Improovment and acquireing of new skills, leads to satisfaction of people, and therefore achieveing greater motivation for additional better work.
