Abstract
Uvod: Vsako leto se povečuje število ljudi, ki obiskujejo kopališča. Uporabljajo jih kot prostor za rekreacijo, sprostitev ter socializacijo. Neprimerno higiensko vedenje na kopališču predstavlja tveganje za zdravje obiskovalcev, zato je pomembno, da uporabniki upoštevajo higienski red in druga pravila, ki zagotavljajo varnost in zdravje na bazenu. Namen: Namen magistrske naloge je bil ugotoviti, kakšno je higiensko vedenje obiskovalcev termalnega objekta, ki je sestavljeno iz kopališča in savn, ter ugotoviti, ali predstavlja človek največje tveganje za slabo higiensko situacijo. Metode dela: Izvedli smo dve raziskavi, eno za kopališče in eno za savno. Anketirali smo obiskovalce v času šolskih počitnic, ko smo pričakovali največjo obremenitev in hkrati najslabšo kakovost vode. Odgovore o higienskem vedenju iz anketnih vprašalnikov smo primerjali s poročili o skladnosti kopalne vode. Rezultati: Rezultati kopališča kažejo, da si 42 % vprašanih prebere kopališki red, v savni 48 % vprašanih. Skozi bazenček za dezinfekcijo nog na kopališče gre 92 % obiskovalcev, v savno pa 81 % obiskovalcev. Pred uporabo bazena na kopališču se stušira 72 % vprašanih, v savni 84 %. Največ obiskovalcev, ki je sodelovalo v raziskavi o kopališču in savni, je bilo v starostni skupini od 31 do 45 let. Ugotovili smo, da se je na kopališču kakovost kopalne vode v času večje zasedenosti poslabšala, medtem ko v savni tega nismo dokazali. Razprava in zaključek: Ugotovili smo, da obiskovalci kopališča pogosteje navajajo, da upoštevajo pravila kopališkega reda kot obiskovalci savn. V primerjavi z rezultati drugih študij je razvidno, da je vedenje naše populacije podobno drugim obiskovalcem v mednarodnem prostoru, pri nekaterih vprašanjih pa so naši obiskovalci pogosteje navajali, da upoštevajo navodila higienskega oz. kopališkega reda.

Title:
Self reported hygiene behaviour at the thermal resort : diploma work
Abstract:
Introduction: Annually the number of people visiting the swimming pool increases. They are used as a place for recreation, relaxation and socialization. Unsuitable hygiene behaviour at the swimming pool poses a risk to the visitor’s health, so it is important that they take into account hygiene rules and other rules that ensure safety and health at the pool. Purpose: The purpose of the master's thesis was to determine the hygienic behaviour of the visitors of the spa facility, which consists of a swimming pool and saunas, and to determine whether the person represent the greatest risk for a poor hygienic situation. Methods: We carried out two surveys, one for swimming pool and one for sauna. We surveyed visitors during school holidays when we expected the maximum load and at the same time the worst water quality. The responses to the hygiene behaviour from the questionnaires were compared with the reports on the compliance of bathing water. Results: The results of the swimming pool show that 42% of the respondents read the bathing routine, and 48% of the respondents in the sauna rules. 92% of visitors of the swimming pool uses small pool for legs disinfection and 81% of visitors of the sauna. 72% of the respondents are showered before the use of the swimming pool, 84% before the use of the sauna. The majority of visitors who participated in the bathing and sauna survey were in the age group of 31 to 45 years. We found that water quality deteriorated during the increased occupancy in swimming pool, while the water quality in sauna styed unchanged. Discussion and conclusions: We have discovered that bathers are more likely to say that they follow the rules of bathing order, such as sauna visitors. Compared with the results of other studies, it can be seen that the behaviour of our population is similar to other international visitors, and on some issues our visitors have more often been quoted to follow the hygienic instructions.
