Abstract
Vsako uspešno podjetje mora stremeti k nenehnemu posodabljanju svoje opreme in proizvodnih procesov, kar jim zagotavlja konkurenčnost. V našem primeru smo posodobili del proizvodne linije, s katero bomo povečali produktivnost same linije za proizvodnjo fasadnih panelov. Za zaščito pločevine panela se uporablja PE folija, ki je navita na različno velikih kolutih. V diplomski nalogi smo skonstruirali podest, na katerega smo namestili dva velika koluta zaščitne folije in s tem zagotovili bolj kontinuirano proizvodnjo z manj zaustavitvami. V prvem delu naloge smo razvili več različnih konceptov rešitve in izmed teh izbrali najbolj primerno za naš problem. V drugem delu smo izvedli še statični izračun konstrukcije ter preračun vijačnih zvez in zvarov.

Title:Reconstruction of bracket fixation bearing for unwinding PE foil
Abstract:
Every successful company needs to improve their equipment and production process in order to stay in the market. In our case we have modified a part of the production line producing front panels. PE-foil coiled on different size reels is used for protecting a sheet metal. In the thesis we designed a platform, on which two big reels of protecting foil were placed and thus enabled a more continuous production with fewer stops. In the first part of the thesis some conceptual solution were developed, from which is the most suitable was selected as the best for our problem. In the second part of the thesis a statistic calculation of the structure and was carried out and bolt- and weld joints were checked.
