Abstract
Promocijski izdelki, ki jih podjetja danes uporabljajo, da svoje stranke in zaposlene navdihujejo, motivirajo in še veliko več, tiskarji potiskajo z logotipom ali nekim sloganom podjetja. Za tovrstne izdelke pa je pomembna tudi embalaža. Embalaža mora biti obstojna, funkcionalna, uporabna ter privlačna na pogled. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen proces nastanka promocijske USB silikonske zapestnice ter embalaža zanjo. Za grafično oblikovanje zapestnice je bil uporabljen program Adobe Illustrator CS3, načrt embalaže pa je bil zrisan v programu EngView Package & Display Designer. Namen diplomskega dela je bil izdelati dobro embalažo za promocijske zapestnice z USB ključkom za belokranjskega glasbenika – raperja Sefa ter zapestnice potiskati s tehniko sitotiska. V praktičnem delu so predstavljene skice, ki so bile uvod v delo, oblikovanje napisa v programu Adobe Illustrator CS3, nato so opisani postopki tiskanja zapestnic, uporabljene barve, na koncu pa je predstavljeno še oblikovanje in tisk kartonske embalaže. Ključen del diplomske naloge so problemi, ki so nastajali pri tisku. V teoretičnem delu je opisana darilna embalaža za tovrstne izdelke, materiali, ki se pri tem uporabljajo, ter tehnika tiska, s katero je ta embalaža potiskana. Cilj diplomskega dela je uspešno reševanje problemov, ki so nastajali, ter uspešno narejen končni izdelek, ki ga bo stranka rada uporabljala ter pokazala svojim poslušalcem ali kupcem.

Title:Printing on promotional USB bracelet and production of the packaging
Abstract:
Promotional products, which are used today by companies for their clients and employees to inspire and to motivate them, printers print with logotype or slogan of the company. Packaging is also important for these kinds of products. The packaging must be stable, functional, useful and attractive. In the dissertation is presented the process of making the promotional USB silicone bracelets, and its packaging. Program Adobe Illustrator CS3 was used for graphic design of the bracelets, and the plan of packaging was made in the program called EngView Package & Display Designer. Purpose of this dissertation was to make a good packaging for promotional bracelets with USB key for Slovenian musician called Sef, and to print the bracelets with the message of the company with the screen printing technique. In the practical part are presented sketches, which were the introduction of the dissertation, then, design of caption in the Adobe illustrator CS3 program, after that the process of printing bracelets and used colors, and in the end is presented the design and print of cardboard packaging. The key part of dissertation are problems which occurred in the printing stage. In the theoretical part is described the gift packaging for these kinds of products, the materials which are needed, and the technique of printing, with whom this packaging was printed. The goal of dissertation is solving problems, which occur, and to make a final product, which will be gladly used by the costumers.
