Abstract
Diplomsko delo zajema zasnovo, izdelavo in analizo posebne vpenjalne priprave za frezanje serije izdelkov. Dosedanja malo-serijska izdelava ohišij zaslonov LCD iz aluminijeve zlitine je potekala na CNC obdelovalnem centru z uporabo zastarelega načina vpenjanja, kar je negativno vplivalo na pozicijsko stabilnost obdelovanca in posledično tudi na izdelek. Obdelovalni cikli pa so bili relativno dolgi zaradi časovno potratnega načina vpenjanja obdelovanca in časovno potratnega procesa odrezavanja. Zasnovana vpenjalna priprava omogoča, zaradi inovativnega vpenjalnega pristopa, hitro in enostavno vpenjanje, ter boljšo pozicijsko stabilnost vpetih obdelovancev. Dodatna optimizacija obdelovalne tehnologije pa pripomore k hitrejši obdelavi. Vse to rezultira v skrajšanje obdelovanega cikla. Prav tako je možno doseči boljšo kakovost površine izdelka, kar je zelo pomembno za izdelek z estetskimi zahtevami, kot ga ima ohišje zaslona LCD. Primernost novo zasnovane vpenjalne naprave je bila potrjena tudi s stroškovno analizo.

Title:Design and analysis of the milling technology of medium series of production of aluminium alloy products
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the design, production and analysis of a special clamping device for milling process of products. The current small-serial production of screen LCD brackets of aluminum alloy was carried out on the CNC machining center using an outdated clamping method, which negatively influenced the position stability of the workpiece and, consequently, the product. The processing cycles were relatively long due to the time-consuming method of clamping the workpiece and the time-consuming cutting process. The designed clamping device enables, due to an innovative clamping approach, quick and easy clamping, and better positioning stability of clamped workpieces. Additional optimization of processing technology helps to speed up machining process. Combined, this results in a shortening of the processed cycle. It is also possible to achieve a better quality of the surface of the product, which is very important for the product with aesthetic requirements, such as that of the LCD screen brackets. The suitability of the newly designed clamping device was also confirmed by cost analysis.
