Abstract
Proces izdelave stranice smo analizirali z metodo VSM. Izdelali smo diagram trenutnega stanja, ki smo ga z uporabo metod vitke proizvodnje in nekaterih tehnoloških rešitev izboljšali in izboljšan proces prikazali z diagramom idealnega stanja. Pretočni čas izdelave stranice smo skrajšali s 93,5 h na 21,33 h.

Title:
Lean process of manufacturing a power transformer housing
Abstract:
The company that produces power transformer housings recently enlarged their production capacities, however, the production output did not increase significantly. Therefore, we tried to shorten the lead time of transformer tank wall assembly using methods of lean manufacturing and value stream analysis. In the first part, we learned about lean philosophy and the lean manufacturing methods. The second part is the presentation of the transformer housing production process. The tank wall assembly process was analysed using the VSM method. We created a current state VSM diagram, which we improved using methods of lean manufacturing and some technological solutions. The improved process was presented using an ideal state VSM diagram. Lead time of side wall assembly process was shortened from 93,5 h to 21,33 h.
