Abstract
Temeljito poznavanje obremenitev je ključnega pomena za optimizacijo elementov stroja in pravilno regulacijo posameznih sklopov stroja, ki pripomore k boljšemu izkoristku in daljši življenjski dobi stroja. Za merjenje teh obremenitev smo uporabili vgrajene sornike za merjenje vlečne sile na tritočkovnem priključnem drogovju. Podatke smo zajemali iz diagnostičnega menija računalnika traktorja. Meritve smo izvajali pri vožnji in delu z različnimi nošeno-vlečenimi priključnimi stroji. Vrednosti meritev smo pozneje analizirali tako grafično kot tudi z uporabo metode štetja prehodov prek nivojev. Analiza meritev je pokazala, da se največje obremenitve pojavijo pri vožnji po podlagah slabše kvalitete. Poleg voznih razmer ima na velikost obremenitev velik vpliv tudi težišče stroja. Pogosto pojavljanje obremenitvenih ciklov z velikimi amplitudnimi vrednostmi je vidno pri obremenitvenih kolektivih, kjer so bile razmere za delo oziroma vožnjo zahtevnejše.

Title:Determination of pulling loads supported by EHR hitch
Abstract:
Thorough knowledge of loads is a key factor in the process of optimization and regulation of machines, it aids to better efficiency and greater lifetime of the machine. These loads were measured with the help of integrated load pins of the three-point hitch. The data has been gathered via the diagnostic menu of the tractor’s computer while driving and working with different implements. The collected data has been analysed with the use of a cycle counting method and presented in graphs. The analysis of the measurements showed that the biggest loads occur during driving on low-quality surfaces. Besides the driving conditions, the centre of gravity has also a big impact on the size of the loads. When driving or working on low-quality surfaces, the frequent occurrence of load cycles with large amplitude values can be observed on the load collectives.
