Abstract
V nalogi smo analizirali modele za popis parno kapljevitega ravnotežja binarnih vodnih raztopin. Za določitev koeficienta aktivnosti binarnih raztopin smo uporabili Margulesov model. Za 10 različnih binarnih vodnih raztopin smo izrisali koncentracijske, tlačne in temperaturne ravnotežne diagrame. Izvedena je analiza metod določanja koeficienta toplotne prestopnosti in kritične gostote toplotnega toka binarnih vodnih raztopin. Pri izračunu koeficienta toplotne prestopnosti najbolj uporabne rezultate za alkoholne vodne raztopine daje Thomejev model.

Title:Analysis of methods for determining heat transfer coefficient and critical heat flux when boiling binary alcoholic aqueous solutions
Abstract:
In this work we analyzed models for the balance of liquid vapor equilibrium binary solutions. To determine the activity coefficient of binary mixtures, we used the Margules model. For 10 different binary aqueous solutions, the concentration, pressure and temperature equilibrium diagrams were drawn. An analysis of the methods for determining the heat transfer coefficient and critical heat flux of binary aqueous mixtures was carried out. In calculating the heat transfer coefficient, the most useful results for alcoholic aqueous solutions are given by Thome's model.
