Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava pregled ter analizo 178 stavb, za katere je bila izdana računska energetska izkaznica v letih 2014 in 2015 izvajalca energetskih izkaznic s številko licence izdelovalca energetskih izkaznic 009. Podatki obsegajo računske energetske izkaznice, med katerimi je bila večina (159) izdelanih za stanovanjske in manjši delež (19) za nestanovanjske stavbe. Analiza obsega primerjavo računskih energetskih izkaznic glede na tri ključne dejavnike energijske učinkovitosti stavb: starost, namembnost in energijski razred. Poleg analize naštetih parametrov, se izdela tudi primerjavo med prenovljenimi ter neprenovljenimi stavbami. Kot je bilo pričakovati, imajo novejše in starejše prenovljene stavbe iz leta v leto boljše energijske razrede, kar je posledica neprestanega zaostrovanja zahtev po učinkoviti rabi energije za ogrevanje stavb v Sloveniji.

Title:Analysis of calculated energy performance certificates of various buildings : graduation thesis
Abstract:
The work deals with an overview and energy performance analysis of 178 buildings (energy performance certificate), which were issued in the years 2014 and 2015 from the contractor of energy performance certificates (license number holder) 009. Data covers calculated energy performance certificates in which there are mostly residential (159) and a few non-residential (19). In the analysis the majority of comparison is carried out between three major factors for energy performance of buildings - namely age, purpose and energy performance class of the buildings. Alongside that comparison, there is a further comparison between renovated and unrenovated buildings. As it was expected, newer buildings and older renovated buildings have better energy performance classes from year to year. This is because the legislation in the field of effective energy use in buildings in Slovenia gets stricter and stricter.
