Abstract
Trenutni postopek preverjanja končnih mer aluminijastih ohišij statorskih paketov, s katerim določamo potrebne korekcije pri procesu struženja, je prepočasen za novo načrtovano proizvodnjo linijo, zato smo v delu opisali postopek izboljšanja oziroma avtomatizacije določevanja korekcij pri struženju. Pred procesom struženja imamo proces nakrčevanja aluminijastega ohišja na statorje, kar pomeni, da jih močno segrevamo in zaradi tega imamo težave pri doseganju natančnih rezultatov s struženjem. V delu smo preverili temperaturne in ostale vplive na obdelovance ter določili princip določevanja korekcij na stružnici, tako da bojo želeni rezultati doseženi hitreje in v čim višjem številu. Hkrati smo ugotovili tudi največje šibkosti trenutnega procesa določanja korekcij.

Title:Development of a program for automatic corrections on the lathe
Abstract:
The current process that we are using to check the final measurements of the aluminium housing for the stator package, which helps us set corrections for the turning process is too slow for the newly designed production line, there for in this work we describe the improvement process for the automation of setting corrections for the turning process. Before the turning process we have the process of shrinking the aluminium housing on the stators, this means we have to heat them and because of that we have problem getting accurate results with turning. In this work we analyse temperature and other effects on workpieces and define the principles on how to determine corrections on the lathe. This gets us the results we want faster and in greater quantities. While doing so we also found out what is the biggest weakness of the current correction process.
