Abstract
Magistrska naloga obravnava načrtovanje in izdelavo strojne ter programske opreme enofaznega izmeničnega vira/bremena z dvosmernim pretokom moči. Na začetku je najprej predstavljena topologija presmernika in razlog za njeno izbiro. Pri tem je podrobneje predstavljena sestava usmerniškega in razsmerniškega vezja vključno z vlogo posameznega elementa. Temu nato sledi načrtovanje, smernice načrtovanja in izdelava naprave. V osrednjem delu sta nato predstavljeni regulacijski shemi usmernika in razsmernika, kjer se zaradi otočnega in omrežnega obratovanja regulacija razsmernika deli na dva dela. Tu je zaradi regulacije izmenične veličine predstavljena regulacija s proporcionalno resonančnim regulatorjem, ki za uskladitev z izhodnim virom koristi fazno ujeto zanko. Temu nato sledi obrazložitev dvojedrnega obratovanja mikrokrilnika, kjer prvo jedro izvaja regulacijo razsmernika, drugo jedro pa regulacijo usmernika. Podana je osnovna arhitektura programa na obeh jedrih vključno z glavnimi preklopnimi manevri. Ob tem je predstavljen tudi način komunikacije med jedri in težava pri deljenju globalnega spomina. Na koncu so predstavljene še odkrite pomanjkljivosti zasnove strojne in programske opreme ter priporočila za nadaljnji razvoj. Temu nato sledi še prikaz rezultatov meritev vklopnega manevra, prostega teka in obremenitve otočnega ter omrežnega obratovanja.

Title:Design, construction and testing single-phase AC supply
Abstract:
The master’s thesis examines design, hardware and software construction of a single-phase AC/AC converter with a bi-directional power transfer and support for grid and island mode operation. In the beginning converter topology is examined as well as reason for its preference. In this section individual elements of AC/DC and DC/AC converter are presented as well as their role in the converter. This is then followed with requirements, basic design guidelines and description of design of the device. In the middle, control schematic of AC/DC and DC/AC converter are given, where DC/AC control differs for island and grid operation. In this section proportional-resonant control is used which is synchronized by phase-lock-loop. This is then followed by examination of dual-core operation of microcontroller, where DC/AC control is run on the first core, and AC/DC on the second. The basic architecture of program on both cores is presented along with basic modes of operation. In addition, communication between the cores and the problem of global memory allocation is presented. Finally, the shortcomings of hardware and software as well as recommendations for further development is presented. This is than followed by measurements of the turn on maneuver, standby and partial-load operation in island and grid mode.
