Abstract
Tehnologija ciljnega nanašanja slojev je ena najpopularnejših tehnologij izmed vseh slojevitih dodajalnih tehnologij. Najpogosteje uporabljena materiala v tej tehnologiji sta polilaktična kislina (PLA) in akrilonitril butadien stiren (ABS). Kljub pogosti uporabi polilaktične kisline v tehnologiji ciljnega nanašanja slojev je področje vplivov vhodnih parametrov te tehnologije na tlačne lastnosti materiala (meja tečenja, tlačna trdnost pri višini preizkušanca h/2 in modul elastičnosti) še vedno slabo raziskano. Tlačne lastnosti materiala določamo s tlačnimi preizkusi, sam eksperiment in analizo pridobljenih podatkov pa je smotrno osnovati s Taguchi metodo. Iz statistično obdelanih podatkov lahko povzamemo, da je še vedno najugodneje uporabiti vhodne parametre tiska, ki za izdelavo izdelka potrebujejo daljše čase izdelave vzorcev (debelina nanosa 0,1 mm, hitrost tiska 50 mm/s in temperatura tiska 195 °C).

Title:Analysis of the influence of additive manufacturing on compression properties of polylactic acid (PLA)
Abstract:
Fused filament fabrication is one of the most popular technologies of additive manufacturing. The most commonly used materials in this technology are polylactic acid (PLA) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). Even though the usage of polylactic acid in additive manufacturing is already extremely wide, there are still not many researches made on the influences of entering parameters of fused filament fabrication on compression properties of the exact material (yield strength, compression strength at h/2 height of the test piece and modulus of elasticity). The compression properties of the material are determined with compression tests. Systematically it is useful to plan and execute the experiment by itself and analyse the obtained data by the Taguchi method. From the statistical data we can conclude that the entering parameters of printing with fused filament fabrication that gives us the longest times of printing the samples, are still the best option (layer heights of 0,1 mm, speed of printing is 50 mm/s and nozzle temperature of 195 °C).
