Mehanska analiza razvijalca okroglih bal sena

Diplomska naloga obravnava mehansko analizo razvijalca okroglih bal sena. Izveden je pregled mogočih izvedb razvijalca. Za izbrano konstrukcijsko izvedbo razvijalca je narejena analiza kinematike razvijanja bal ter določeno obremenitveno stanje med njegovim obratovanjem. Mehanska analiza sestavnih delov razvijalca na osnovi metode končnih elementov je bila izvedena v programskem okolju ABAQUS. Za to je bil izdelan poenostavljen geometrijski model sestava razvijalca ter določeni robni pogoji glede na obremenitve razvijalca. Na osnovi analize deformacijsko napetostnega stanja je bilo izvedeno dimenzioniranje sestavnih delov razvijalca.

• Title: Mechanical analysis of unrolling of round hay bales

Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is a mechanical analysis of the machine for unrolling round hay bales. Firstly, an overview of different machines available on market is given. For the proposed design of the machine analysis of the kinematics of unrolling hay bale is presented. Mechanical analysis of the machine components is carried out by the finite element method using the computer program ABAQUS. For this purpose, a simplified geometrical model of the machine is prepared and the machine load during its operation is determined. The machine components dimensioning is based on the analysis of the strain stress state.
