Abstract
V magistrskem delu je predstavljena metodologija za pravilno izbiro linearne enote. Naredili smo pregled in predstavitev linearnih enot ter analizirali aplikacije, kjer se le-te uporabljajo. Definirali smo najbolj osnovne aplikacijske podatke in s pomočjo eksperimenta predlagali ter izvedli izboljšavo za tržno najbolj zanimiv tip linearne enote. Metodologija izbire linearne enote temelji na kalkulacijskem programu, ki smo ga razvili v podjetju. Poleg pomoči strankam in prodajnemu osebju, program ponuja tudi določena orodja, s katerimi lahko analiziramo kritične parametre za posamezno aplikacijo. Na podlagi eksperimentalnih rezultatov in analize kalkulacijskega programa smo izvedli izboljšavo vozička linearne enote MTV 80. Izboljšani produkt je tržno bolj zanimiv in omogoča bolj konkurenčno gradnjo montažnih in strežnih sistemov.

Title:Usage of linear units for handling and assembly systems
Abstract:
The thesis includes a methodology for the correct selection of a linear unit. We made a review and representation of linear units and analyzed applications where they are used. The most basic aplication data are also described and defined. Based on the experiment, we suggested and performed improvement for the commercially most interesting type of linear unit. The methodology for linear unit selection is based on a calculation program developed by our company. In addition to helping customers and sales staff, the program also offers some tools to analyze the critical paramaters for each application. On the basis of experimental results and analysis of the calculation program, we made an improvement of the carriage of linear unit MTV 80. An improved product is more attractive to the market and enables more competitive construction of assembly and handling systems.
