Abstract
Problem naloge predstavlja zasnova konstrukcije sistema za razlet. Sistem ima funkcijo testiranja rotorjev pri visokih vrtilnih hitrostih do razleta. Za sistem so podane zahteve s strani naročnika, ki so geometrijske in dinamske narave. Pregledali smo obstoječe rešitve sistemov za razlet, na katere smo se oprli pri zasnovi konstrukcije sistema. Tekom zasnove smo največji poudarek dali na prilagodljivost konstrukcije, da v prihodnosti omogočimo izboljšave konstrukcije. Konstrukcija mora biti zasnovana tako, da z lastno dinamiko ne vpliva na testiranje rotorja. Da bi preverili ustreznost sistema za razlet, je potrebna dinamska analiza konstrukcije sistema. Analizo dinamskega odziva opravimo s programsko opremo ANSYS. Rezultat dinamske analize predstavljajo lastne frekvence in lastne oblike konstrukcije sistema. Iz rezultatov ugotovimo, da je zasnovana konstrukcija dinamsko ustrezna in izpolnjuje zahteve naročnika.

Title:Design and dynamic analysis of spin test system
Abstract:
The problem of this assignment is presented by the design of spin test system. Fuction of the spin test system is to test rotors at high rotational speeds untill destruction of the rotor. Requirements were given by the client regarding the design of the spin test system, which are both geometrical and dynamic in nature. Initially we examined similar implementations of the spin test system. During the design phase, the emphasis was placed on the flexibility of the construction, in order to enable future improvements of the design. In order to verify the suitability of the system, a dynamic analysis of the system is required. ANSYS software was used to analyze the dynamic response of the system. From the results, we found that the proposed design is dynamically acceptable and meets the requirements of the client.
