Abstract
Uvod: Sherrington je propriocepcijo opredelil kot zaznavanje položaja in gibanja telesnih segmentov oz. skupek aferentnih informacij, ki izhajajo iz mehanoreceptorjev. Obstajajo različni vadbeni modeli za spodbujanje in izboljšanje senzorimotoričnega sistema, vendar pa vsebina tovrstne vadbe, ki se v literaturi pogosto omenja kot proprioceptivna vadba, ni jasno določena. Natančno merjenje občutka za položaj sklepa je poglavitno pri vrednotenju vadbe, ki vključuje vadbo za izboljšanje propriocepcije v klinično prakso. Namen: Namen magistrske naloge je preveriti zanesljivost posameznega preiskovalca za testiranje občutka za položaj kolenskega sklepa z elektrogoniometrom in ugotoviti vpliv modela vadbe za zmanjšanje poškodb kolena in gležnja na občutek za položaj sklepa v zaprti kinematični verigi pri igralcih badmintona. Metode dela: V raziskavi zanesljivosti je sodelovalo 20 mladih zdravih preiskovancev. Zanesljivost merjenja je bila ocenjena s koeficientom intraklasne korelacije (ICC). V drugem delu raziskave ugotavljanja vpliva modela 12-tedenske vadbe na občutek za položaj kolena je sodelovalo 16 mladih igralcev badmintona. Meritve smo izvedli s pomočjo dvoosnega elektrogoniometra SG 110 (Biometrics Ltd.), pri testnih kotih 15° in 30° fleksije kolena v zaprti kinematični verigi. Rezultati: Zanesljivost posameznega preiskovalca pri testnih pogojih 15⁰ fleksije kolena na mehki (ICC=0,66) ter 30⁰ fleksije kolena na trdi (ICC=0,55) in mehki podlagi (ICC=0,50) je zmerna, pri 15⁰ fleksije kolena na trdi podlagi (ICC=0,79) pa visoka. Model vadbe za zmanjšanje poškodb kolena in gležnja pri aktivnih igralcih badmintona ne vpliva na statistično značilno izboljšanje občutka za položaj kolenskega sklepa v zaprti kinematični verigi. Razprava in zaključek: Zanesljivost merjenja z elektrogoniometrom SG 110 (Biometrics Ltd.) je zmerna do visoka. Potrebna je standardizacija postopka merjenja občutka za položaj kolena v zaprti kinematični verigi z elektrogoniometrom. Model vadbe statistično značilno ne vpliva na izboljšanje občutka za položaj kolenskega sklepa pri aktivnih igralcih badmintona v zaprti kinematični verigi. V literaturi se pojavlja neenotnost poimenovanja vadbe ter razlike v vsebini glede na specifičnost populacije. Potrebno bi bilo izvesti medsebojno primerljivejše raziskave višje metodološke kakovosti z bolj natančno opredeljeno vsebino vadbe glede na specifiko športa.

Title:The reliability of measurements and effect of exercise model for reducing knee and ankle injury on knee joint position sense in closed kinematic chain : master thesis
Abstract:
Introduction: Proprioception is the perception of the joint position and its movement and as afferent information arising from mechanoreceptors. There is numerous of different training models for improving impaired sensorimotor function. However, there is little agreement of what constitutes proprioceptive training. Reliable assessment of joint position sense it is essentially for implementation of proprioception training in clinical practice. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to asses the intra-rater reliability of joint position sense measurements with electrogoniometer and establish effect of exercise model for reducing knee and ankle injury on knee joint position sense in closed kinematic chain. Methods: 20 subjects participated in the study of reliability. In order to assess the reliability, intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) were calculated. In second part of research involved 16 young badminton players. Measurements of joint position sense were performed using a biaxial electrogoniometer SG 110 (Biometrics Ltd.). Testing angles were 15° and 30° of knee joint flexion in closed kinematic chain. Results: Statistical data analysis revealed moderate intra-rater reliability for the 15° of knee joint flexion on the soft surface (ICC=0,66), for 30⁰ of knee joint flexion on the hard (ICC=0,55) and soft surface (ICC=0,50) and good reliability for 15° of knee joint flexion on the hard surface. There is no significantly improvement in knee joint position sense by badminton players after performing exercise model for reducing knee and ankle injury on knee joint position sense. Discussion and conclusion: According to the obtained results we conclude that the observed method is moderate to good reliable. The procedure of knee joint position sense measurements with electrogoniometer should be standardized. Exercise model was not effective on improving knee joint position sense of badminton players. Terminological unclarity on how proprioceptional training is defined is needed to be overcome. There is need for another more compareable research with higher methodological quality, including more specifically defined content of the proprioception training.
