ANALIZA ZADOVOLJSTVA ZAPOSLENIH V OBRAVNAVANI ORGANIZACIJI

Abstract
Zaposleni v podjetjih predstavljajo ključni vir uspeha v posameznem podjetju. Skrb za zaposlene predstavlja podlago za ustvarjalno, produktivno in uspešno delo. V diplomskem delu analiziramo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih obravnavane organizacije. V teoretičnem delu opisujemo dejavnike, ki vplivajo tako na zadovoljstvo kakor tudi nezadovoljstvo zaposlenih. V teoretičnem delu so z metodami (deskripcije, klasifikacije, kompilacije in komparativno metodo) opisana dejstva, predstavljeni pojmovanja in dejavniki ter povzeti ugotovitve, spoznanja in rezultati tujih in domačih avtorjev. V raziskovalnem delu se izvede raziskavo med zaposlenimi v obravnavani organizaciji s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Namen raziskave je temeljil na pridobivanju slike obstoječega stanja in analiziranju zadovoljstva zaposlenih v obravnavani organizaciji. Za izvedbo anketiranja je bila uporabljena metoda anketiranja z anketnim vprašalnikom. Obdelava, zbiranje in analiziranje ugotovitev so namreč potekali na podlagi izrisa in izpisa odgovorov s pomočjo računalniškega programa Excel. Večina rezultatov je prikazana v obliki frekvenčnih porazdelitev, pri vprašanjih z ocenjevalno lestvico pa izračunane srednje vrednosti (mediana, modus in aritmetična sredina) in standardni odklon. Ugotovitve so pokazale, da je skoraj polovica sodelujočih nezadovoljnih. Svoje nezadovoljstvo so pokazali s tem, da niso srečni v trenutni službi, niso prepričani, če bi organizacijo priporočili drugim, niso nagrajeni za lastno predanost delu, nezadovoljni so s plačo, vodstvom, možnostmi za izobraževanje in usposabljanje ter z možnostjo napredovanja in karierne rasti. Zato se organizaciji priporoča, da nameni več pozornosti motiviranju, nagrajevanju in spodbujanju osebnega razvoja zaposlenih. Zaposleni so željni izobraževanja, usposabljanja, napredovanja, kar kaže na to, da želijo rasti in biti uspešnejši. Organizacija jim bo morala pomagati, saj jim v nasprotnem primeru grozi, da bodo zapustili delovno mesto takoj, ko se jim bo pokazala priložnost za delo v drugi organizaciji.

Title:ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION IN THE ORGANIZATION CONCERNED
Abstract:
Employees in companies represent a key source of success in an individual company. Care for employees represents the basis for creative, productive and successful work. In the diploma thesis we analyze the satisfaction of the employees of the organization in question. In the theoretical part, we describe factors that influence both satisfaction and employee dissatisfaction. In the theoretical part, the methods described (descriptors, classifications, compilations and comparative method) describe the facts, presented concepts and factors, and summarize the findings, findings and results of foreign and domestic authors. In the research work, a survey is conducted among the employees of the organization in question using a survey questionnaire. The purpose of the research was based on obtaining a picture of the existing situation and analyzing the satisfaction of the employees in the organization. A survey questionnaire was used to conduct the survey. The processing, collection and analysis of findings were based on the drawing and output of answers using the Excel computer program. Most of the results are presented in the form of frequency distributions, and for questions with the evaluation scale, the calculated mean values (median, modus and arithmetic mean) and standard deviation. The findings show that almost half of the participants are dissatisfied. They showed their dissatisfaction with being unhappy in the current service, they are not sure if the organization would recommend others, they are not rewarded for their own devotion to work, they are dissatisfied with salary, leadership, education and training opportunities, and with the possibility of career advancement and career growth. Therefore, it is recommended that the organization devote more attention to motivating, rewarding and promoting the personal development of employees. Employees are eager for education, training, promotion, indicating that they want to grow and be more successful. The organization will have to help them, otherwise they may be threatened to leave the post as soon as they have a chance to work in another organization.
