Abstract
Namen diplomske naloge je bil raziskati zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v trgovskem podjetju. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge so predstavljeni dejavniki zadovoljstva zaposlenih, načini motivacije, pomembnost čustvene inteligence, dejavniki uspešne komunikacije in delovanja v skupini. Vsako podjetje bi moralo poskrbeti, da te dejavnike vpelje v svoj način vodenja, saj bodo delavci le tako delali kakovostneje in izboljšali rezultate podjetja. Različni avtorji virov, ki so bili uporabljeni pri pripravi diplomskega dela, uporabljajo različne definicije za zadovoljstvo zaposlenih; pri večini pa je bilo zapisano, da je delavca potrebno postaviti na prvo mesto in ga motivirati, ne le s plačo, kot bi večina pričakovala, temveč z načinom komunikacije, spoštovanjem, pohvalo, dodelitvijo odgovornih nalog, soodločanjem in drugimi dejavniki, ki bi delavcu dali občutek pripadnosti podjetju ter soodgovornosti pri uspehu podjetja. V eksperimentalnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati ankete v obliki grafov ter njihova razlaga. Eksperimentalni del naloge je bil opravljen v trgovskem podjetju. V sodelovanju s področnim vodjo podjetja, kjer je bila narejena raziskava, je bila pripravljena anketa, ki je bila poslana v poslovne enote podjetja v Savinjski dolini in Maribor z okolico. Ankete so poslovodje izbrane poslovne enote podjetja razdelili zaposlenim, izpolnjene ankete pa so bile v analizo dostavljene v fizični obliki. Analiza ankete je bila izvedena v programu SPSS, ki je namenjen statistični obdelavi podatkov. V okviru raziskave je bilo ugotovljeno, da so zaposleni v izbranem podjetju večinoma zadovoljni s komunikacijo, varnostjo na delovnem mestu, odnosi itd. So se pa rezultati nekoliko razlikovali glede na starostno skupino anketirancev, delovno dobo, vrsto zaposlitve, spol ter delovno mesto v podjetju. Pokazalo se je, da zaposlene zelo motivira pohvala, ki pa je niso ravno pogosto deležni. Uspešen in zadovoljen posameznik bo pripomogel k uspehu podjetja največ, kar lahko, in bo uspešnejši tako v službi kot tudi izven nje.

Title:SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES IN COMMERCIAL COMPANY
Abstract:
The purpose of diploma was to research satisfaction of employees in company. In theoretical part are described factors of satisfaction, ways of motivation, why is emotional intelligence important, how to successfully communicate, and how groups should work together.. Every company should add those factors in their leadership, beacuse this is the only way for better, quality work and results. It was interesting that different authors that we used in diploma as a source, had different definitions for successful employee; mostly it was written, that employee should be always on the first place, and to motivate them not only with the salary that most of us would thing, but with the way of communication, respect, praise, assignment of responsibility, co-determination, and other factors that would give employee feeling that they belong to the company and that they are the reason for successful company. In experimental part are introduced results in graphs, with explanation. The experimental part was finished in commercial company. With collaboration with manager there was made a survey that was sent to offices in Savinjska valley and some offices in Maribor. Surveys were printed by managers , distributed to employees, and sent back. All analysis were made with statistical program named SPSS, which was made especially for statistical data proccesing. It was found out that employees are satisfied with most of the factors. Those are communication, safety, relationships etc. Results were different considering age group, years in company (employment), kind of employment, gender, and workplace. It turned out that praise motivatate employees, but they don't get it very often. Satisfied and successful individual will contribute to the company the most that she or he can. They will be more successful at their job, and outside of job as well.
