Abstract
Senzorski del svečke je glavni sestavni del pametne svečke Hidria PSG. Ena od vej proizvoda svečke je izdelava senzorskega dela, ki obsega tri naprave. Za postavitev proizvodnje smo načrtali naprave, ki avtomatsko proizvaja svečko, brez človeškega posega v proces. Učinkovita industrijska proizvodnja pogosto temelji na hitrosti, natančnosti in zanesljivosti avtomatizacije proizvodnih sistemov. Pomemben del avtomatizacije procesov so senzorji, s pomočjo katerih stroji in naprave zaznavajo svet okoli sebe. Posamezen senzor na izhodu proizvede signal, ki enolično odgovarja vrednosti opazovane veličine na vhodu. Obstaja široka izbira senzorjev, ki se razlikujejo glede na način zaznave, vsak pa ima svoje prednosti in slabosti. V diplomski nalogi sem preizkušal tri sisteme za določitev rotacijske pozicije senzorskega dela svečke. S sodelavci smo izbrali tri testne metode, na katerih sem kasneje preizkušal senzorje. Postajo za orientacijo sem opremil za brezhibno testiranje, vanjo pritrdil vsakega od treh senzorjev in na vsakemu opravil tri vnaprej določene teste. Na podlagi rezultatov smo najprimernejšega izbral ter postavil v proizvodno napravo na postajo za orientacijo senzorskega dela svečke.

Title:Comparison of sensing unit for rotary position determination of the intelligent pressure sensor glow plug
Abstract:
The sensing unit is one of the most important part of the intelligent pressure sensor glow plug. One branch of the production of the glow plug is the production of a sensing unit which consists of three machines. To set up the production, it was necessary to design machines that will automatically, without any human intervention in the process, produce a complete glow plug. An efficient production line will run as fast as possible as long as the product manufactured achieves an acceptable level of quality. Sensors are an important part of the process of automation, with the help of which machines and devices perceive the world around them. Each sensor outputs a signal at the output that matches the values of the observed size at the input. There is a wide variety of sensors and each has its strengths and weaknesses. For the thesis, I tested three sensors for determining the rotational position for sensing unit of the glow plug. We selected three test methods on which I later tested the sensors. I set up an orientation station for flawless testing, on which I fixed each of the three sensors. I have done each of the three predetermined tests on them. The most suitable one was selected and placed in the production device to the orientation sensing unit station.
