Abstract
Izdelava pločevine poteka s procesom valjanja, ki, še posebno v hladnem, v produkt vnaša ortotropijo elasto-plastičnih veličin. Nadaljnje preoblikovanje v izdelek je močno odvisno od te lastnosti, zato je potrebno pravilno napovedati njene vplive na odziv gradiva. V ta namen sta na valjanih preizkušancih izvedeni simulaciji nateznega in upogibnega preizkus s pripadajočimi analizami notranjih elasto-plastičnih veličin.

Title:The impact of residual stress and preceding plastic loading on the development of sheet metal orthotropic properties
Abstract:
Sheet metal is produced using a process called rolling, that, especially in case of cold working, results in orthotropic internal elastoplastic properties. Subsequent forming of the final product is highly dependant on this property, which is why it is necessary to correctly predict its impact on material response. For this purpose, tensile and bending tests are simulated and analysed with their relevant elastoplastic properties.
