Abstract
Namen te naloge je eksperimentalno določiti in primerjati površinsko homogenost vpadle LED in laserske svetlobe, merjenje amplitud polja pomika z metodo SOFI, pri uporabi LED svetlobe in raziskati morebitno uporabo laserske. V začetnem delu predstavimo osnove digitalnega procesiranja slik, ki so potrebne za izvedbo naloge, teoretično izpeljavo metode SOFI in osnovne fizikalne lastnosti LED in laserske svetlobe. V osrednjem delu predstavimo postavitev eksperimenta.

Title:Spectral optical flow imaging with LED and laser light
Abstract:
The goals of this thesis are to experimentally determine and to compare the surface homogeneity of incident light (with one of the sources being LED and the other being laser) and to measure the amplitudes of harmonic displacement using the SOFI method. In the beginning we introduce the basics of digital image processing that are necessary for the thesis, theoretical derivation of the SOFI method and the basic physical properties of LED and laser light. In the main part we show how the experiment was developed. The calculations determine kinematic and kinetic quantities of the system, used for the generation of displacement field, the electric circuit is designed for compensation of LED non-linearities, followed by the generation of the signals, which drive the experiment. Next is the experimental confirmation, of the proper working of sub elements of the experiment. In the last part, the results are shown, which indicate that surface homogeneity of the incident LED and laser light, differ between themselves. SOFI method using LED and laser light gives the correct amplitudes of the generated displacement field.
