Abstract
Tovrstne sestavne dele je treba ponovno zasnovati in jih ovrednotiti s stališča statičnih in dinamičnih obremenitev, saj imajo polimerni materiali specifične lastnosti. Pregledali smo teoretične osnove zvočnega valovanja, hrupa in načine zmanjševanja hrupnosti naprav. Sledilo je snovanje nove polimerne izvedbe jermenice z numerično statično in dinamsko analizo. Na koncu smo novi koncept jermenice primerjali z obstoječim in podali zaključke.

Title:Vibroacoustic analysis of the drive pulley in washing machines
Abstract:
Nowadays, development trends in the home appliance industry are oriented towards the measures to achive lower prices of the products. Consequently, metal components are replaced by cheaper models made of plastic. Such components need to be re-designed and evaluated from a static and dynamic point of view. Due to modern trends in reducing the noise of household appliances, special attention should be paid to the analysis of the product's vibroacoustic properties. In this master's thesis a structural design of the drive pulley in a washing machine is presented. Firstly, the basics of the finite element method and the topology optimization method is presented. Furthermore, we presented the design of a new polymer version of the pulley, which has been analysed numerically statically and dynamically. In the end, the new concept of the pulley was compared with the existing one and conclusions were presented.
