Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena strojna obdelava lesa z računalniško vodenimi lesnoobdelovalnimi stroji. V grobem je predstavljena zgradba CNC vrtalno rezkalnega stroja, na katerem smo opravljali eksperimentalni del. V eksperimentalnem delu je prikazan postopek uvedbe CNC stroja v delavnico. Podrobno sta opisana postopka niveliranja in zagona stroja. Kasneje smo na podlagi 20 kosov izmerili delovno natančnost stroja. Na koncu smo primerjali staro tehnologijo s tehnologijo gnezdenja (nesting) na treh izdelkih, za katere smo pripravili 3D izrise in delavniške risbe. Za obe tehnologiji smo naredili stroškovno in časovno analizo. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil primerjati tehnologijo gnezdenja s staro tehnologijo. Ugotovili smo, da ima stroj zelo dobro delovno natančnost. Meritve so od nazivne mere odstopale v okvirjih 0,06 mm. Ugotovili smo, da se za izdelavo enakega izdelka s tehnologijo gnezdenja porabi le 40 % časa, ki smo ga porabili s staro tehnologijo.

Title:
Setup and Startup of Modern Woodworking Machines with Nesting Technology in the Wood Industry
Abstract:
This diploma thesis presents the machining of wood using computer-controlled woodworking machines. It briefly presents the construction of the CNC boring and milling machine that was used in the experimental section. The experimental section presents the process of introducing the CNC machine into a workshop. It thoroughly describes the procedures of levelling and starting the machine. Afterwards, the precision of the machine was tested on 20 pieces of wood. The thesis concludes by comparing old technology with nesting technology on three products for which 3D drawings and sketches were prepared. A cost and temporal analysis was performed for both types of technologies. The aim of this diploma thesis was to compare nesting technology with old technology. It has been established that the machine is very precise. The measurements deviated from the nominal value by no more than 0.06mm. It has been established that making the same product using nesting technology takes 40% less time than using old technology.
