Zasliševanje oseb, osumljenih terorizma

V današnjem modernem času se veliko število držav sooča s terorističnimi napadi. Države tovrstna kazniva dejanja vzamejo zelo resno, v ta namen imajo razvit državni aparat, ki služi odkrivanju in preprečevanju terorizma, po navadi so to obveščevalne službe. Terorizem kot pojav ni tako mlad, v 20. stoletju pa je prišlo do večjih terorističnih gibanj, ki so pustile svoj pečat v zgodovini (IRA, Al-Quaeda, ETA,... ), državni organi pa so razvili razne metode zasliševanja oseb, ki so osumljene teh kaznivih dejanj. V svojem delu bom na grobo predstavil terorizem in zasliševanje, podrobneje pa zasliševalske metode, ki so se uporabljale v Guantanamu, nadaljeval z modelom zasliševanja osumljencev terorizma v Izraelu, zaključil pa bom s tremi študijami primerov iz prakse.

• Title: Interrogation of terrorist suspects

Abstract

Nowadays, a large number of countries face terrorist attack and threats. States take such crimes and threats very seriously, for this purpose they have developed an apparatus that serves to detect and prevent those kind of criminalities, for example intelligence agencies. Terrorism as a phenomena is not that young, in the 20th century there were major terrorist movements that left their mark in history (IRA, ETA, Al Quaeda…). State authorities have developed various methods of interrogating those who are suspected conducting terrorists activities. In my thesis, I will roughly introduce terrorism and interrogation, a more detailed description and analysis will present interrogation methods used in Guantanamo followed by an interrogation model used in Israel and will conclude with three case studies.
