Abstract
V diplomskem delu obravnavamo podjetje, ki se sooča s slabo razmestitvijo delovnih mest v proizvodnji, kar povzroča nepotrebne zastoje materialnega toka ter dodatne stroške. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge so predstavljeni različni tipi proizvodnje in analiza materialnega toka. Preučili smo, katere načine prikazov materialnega toka poznamo, in podrobneje opisali Schmigallovo modificirano metodo, s pomočjo katere dobimo izboljšano (suboptimalno) razmestitev delovnih mest. V nadaljevanju smo preučili trenutno stanje proizvodnje in na podlagi izdelka, ki najbolj popiše proizvodnjo, izdelali izračun izboljšane postavitve proizvodnje po Schmigallovi metodi. S pomočjo metode smo nato izdelali novo razmestitev delovnih mest v novem proizvodnem obratu. Za obe postavitvi proizvodnje (predhodno in izboljšano) smo izdelali izračun notranjih stroškov. Na podlagi teh ugotovitev smo nato primerjali obstoječe in predlagano stanje ter ocenili naše izboljšave.

Title:Layout design of jobs in new production plant
Abstract:
Our thesis discusses company that is faced with poor distribution of jobs in production. Various types of production and analysis of material flow are presented in the theoretical part. We studied the ways of how to present material flow and described Schmigall’s modified method in more detail, which has given us an improved (suboptimal) distribution of jobs. We examined the current state of production flow and based on the model that best describes previously mentioned flow, made a model with improved production layout using Schmigall’s modified method. New model helped us create new distribution of jobs in the new production plant. We also calculated internal costs for both production layouts (preliminary and improved). Based on our findings, we then compared both states (current state and proposed state) and assessed our improvements.
