Razvoj naprave za sortiranje fižola

Ker je dandanašnji trg sortirnih naprav za sortiranje fižola zasičen z dragimi napravami, katere delujejo po podobnem principu, je bil namen moje diplomske naloge zasnovati in izdelati model inovativne naprave za sortiranje semen fižola. V uvodu naloge sem predstavil morfološke značilnosti fižola, geografski izvor, razširjenost, pogoje za uspevanje, vrste in dimenzije semen posameznih sort. V nadaljevanju sem raziskal obstoječe patente strojev za sortiranje fižola in že obstoječih naprav na trgu. Zatem sem se lotil zasnove svoje naprave in predstavil vse zahteve in funkcije, ki jih mora izpolnjevati moja naprava. Skiciral sem tri koncepte, jih ovrednotil glede na tehnične in ekonomske kriterije in nato izpostavil najboljšega. V nadaljevanju sem opravil preračun najpomembnejših komponent stroja s koncepta in izdelal 3D model naprave, katerega sem tudi detajlno predstavil. Ob koncu naloge sem predstavil svoje ugotovitve in zaključke. Spoznal sem, da je fižol ena najpomembnejših in najbolj razširjenih kulturnih rastlin v Sloveniji in po svetu. Prav zaradi velike količine pridelave fižola pri nas je prisotnost različnih sortirnih strojev na trgu izrednega pomena. Ugotovil sem, da je možno zasnovati napravo, ki predstavlja alternativni, dostopnejši in cenejši način sortiranja fižola.

• Title: Design of a bean sorting machine

Abstract

Because there are numerous bean sorting machines on the market today, whose sorting principles are nearly the same, I chose the theme for my final thesis to be a design of an innovative bean sorting machine and creation of its 3D model. In the introduction part I described the morphological properties of a bean plant, its origin, widespread, growth conditions, sorts and average measurements of bean seeds of different sorts. Next I did a research of existing patents for bean sorting machines and types of machines that are available on the market today. Then I proceeded with the design of my sorting machine, where I introduced the requirements and functions of the final product. I created a sketch of three different sorting machines and evaluated them based on technical and economical criteria. In continuation I made calculations for the most important components of my sorting machine and created a 3D model of the device, which I presented in detail. In conclusion of my thesis I presented my findings and observations. While writing my thesis, I found out that the bean plant is one of the most important and most widespread plants in Slovenia and all over the world. The presence of different types of bean sorting machines on the market is very important due to the sheer quantity of bean crop produced annually. I concluded that it is possible to design and manufacture a bean sorting device which is more accessible, cheaper and provides an alternative way of sorting beans.
