Dachauski procesi in Zapisnik : "nobena resnica ne služi vsem"

V diplomskem delu je na primeru romana Zapisnik Vladimirja Kavčiča prikazana podoba povojnih dachauskih procesov, ki so poimenovani po bavarskem koncentracijskem taborišču Dachau. Najprej je nekaj besed namenjenih življenju in delu avtorja, kasneje pa so predstavljene zgodovinske okoliščine procesov, vzroki in povodi za njihovo izpeljavo ter kronološki potek glavnih procesov. Sledi analiza romana, ki vključuje analizo pripovedovalske strukture, fabulo in slog. Nazadnje diplomsko delo analizira podobnosti in razlike med resničnimi dogodki iz zgodovine in fikcijo ter se posveti razmerju med obojim.

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on Vladimir Kavčič's Zapisnik (The Record), a novel concentrating on the Dachau trial named after the Nazi concentration camp Dachau located in modern-day Bavaria. The thesis first presents some facts about the life and work of the author, and then deals with historical facts, circumstances, and chronological data surrounding the trials. The analysis of the novel includes a study of the narrator, the storyline, the language, and the style of writing. The concluding part of the thesis explores the similarities and the differences between historical events and fiction, and tries to unravel what actually happened.
