Abstract
V pričujočem delu smo primerjali merilna sistema SkyTrak in TrackMan. Pa- rametre golfskega zamaha, skupne obema, smo primerjali grafično in na osnovi statistične analize. Primerjava je bila narejena za meritve z in brez upoštevanja zunanjih dejavnikov ter meritve različnih golfistov ter palic za golf. Izkaže se, da ima naša naprava SkyTrak sistematsko napako pri merjenju stranskega kota, kar vpliva na parametre, ki to meritev uporabljajo pri svojem izračunu. Po- datki sistema SkyTrak so malo manj natančni brez upoštevanja zunanjih dejav- nikov ter opazno slabši za manj vešče golfiste in daljše razdalje leta žogice. Z željo po objektivnem označevanju zamahov smo izdelali preliminarne modele za razvrščanje dobrega in slabega golf zamaha za oba sistema. Najboljši rezultat doseže TrackMan model s točnostjo 85,4 %, najboljši SkyTrak model pa razvršča s točnostjo 75,0 %. V prihodnje bi bilo potrebno raziskati, ali se točnost modelov izboljša s finimi nastavitvami razvrščevalnih algoritmov in, če treniramo modele za različne palice.

Title:Validation of SkyTrak measured data and binary modelling of golf swings
Abstract:
In this work, we compare the SkyTrak and TrackMan measurement systems. The golf swing parameters, common to both, are compared graphically and with statistical analysis. Comparison was done for measurements with and without regards to external factors and measurements of various golf players and golf clubs. It turns out that our SkyTrak unit has a system error in measuring the side angle, which affects the parameters that use this measurement in its calcu- lation. SkyTrak’s data is a little less accurate without taking external factors into account, and significantly worse for less skilled golfers and longer ball flight distances. With the desire to label golf swings objectivly, we made preliminary classification models for both systems. The best result gives TrackMan model with an accuracy of 85.4 %. The best SkyTrak model classifies with an accuracy of 75.0 %. Future research should try to improve classification accuracy with fine-tunning of classification algorithms parameters and training models per golf club type.
