Abstract
Stres ima v današnjem času ključno vlogo, saj se z njim srečujemo povsod. Ima posledice za posameznika in organizacijo in lahko vplivajo pozitivno ali negativno. Tudi pri študentih se kažejo znaki stresa v različnih oblikah. Mnogi se tega niti ne zavedajo, kar lahko hitro privede do hudih posledic. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti, kako stres vpliva na študente Fakultete za upravo in ali je zaradi njega ogrožen njihov študijski uspeh, kako se študenti spopadajo s stresom in katere situacije oziroma dogodki so za njih najbolj stresni. Prav tako sem hotela predstaviti, kako se soočamo s stresom in kateri so dejavniki stresa. V prvem delu diplomskega dela sem proučila literaturo o stresu, vrstah stresa, dejavnikih za njegovo pojavitev in o soočanju s stresom. Potem sem izvedla še raziskavo, ki je temeljila na anketnem vprašalniku, nahaja se v empiričnem delu diplomskega dela. Pri anketi so sodelovali študenti Fakultete za upravo. Študente sem spraševala o stresnih življenjskih dogodkih, študijskih obveznostih, kako se soočajo s stresom in kakšne so posledice njihovega stresa. V empirični študiji je sodelovalo 56 študentov. Študija je pokazala, da so študentke v času študija pod večjim stresom kot študenti, študenti pod vplivom stresa dosegajo slabše rezultate pri opravljanju študijskih obveznosti, dodatne obveznosti študentom povzročajo dodaten stres in da študij študentom povzroča tudi hujše posledice stresa. Raziskava je pomembna tudi z vidika organizacije, saj lahko prispeva k morebitnim izboljšavam študijskega programa oziroma k uvedbi ali izboljšanju študijske pomoči študentom, ki zaradi stresa dosegajo slabše študijske rezultate.

Title:ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STRESS AND LEARNING SUCCESS OF STUDENTS AT THE FACULTY OF ADMINISTRATION
Abstract:
Nowdays stress has a key role in our lifes because it is all arround us. It brings consequences for every individual person and organization and it can have positive or negative impact. It has impact also on students and it is in different formats. A lot of people are not even aware of that fact, so it can quickly cause serious consequences. The purpose of my diploma thesis was to find out how stress affects students of Faculty of Administration, if their study success is threatened because of stress, how are they struggling with it and which situations are most stressful for them. I also tried to present how we are facing and what are the factors of stress. In the first part of my diploma thesis, I studied literature about stress, types of stress, factors and stress-strain. After that I made a research, based on the questionnaire and it is part of empirical research of my thesis. Main actors in this research were students of Faculty of Administration which were asked about stressful life situations, study obligations, how they deal with stress and what are the consequences of it. In my empirical study participated 56 students. The study showed that the female students are under bigger stress than male students, students who are under stress have a poorer performance in their work, additional obligations cause additional stress to all students and study can cause worse forms of stress. This research is important also from the perspective of the organization because it can contribute to possible improvements of study program or to the introduction or improvment of help for students who gain poorer results because of the stress.
