Abstract
Ključni indikatorji učinkovitosti ter rezultati teh so bistvenega pomena, saj v podjetju omogočajo bistvene vpoglede v poslovanje zaposlenih in izpostavljajo priložnosti za večji uspeh podjetja. Povedo, katere ovire preprečujejo izpolnjevanje ciljev za učinkovito poslovanje podjetja. Namen diplomskega dela je bil raziskati ključne indikatorje učinkovitosti v podjetju Orbico in preveriti, v kolikšni meri rezultati meritev ključnih indikatorjev učinkovitosti vplivajo nanje. V okviru diplomskega dela sem s pomočjo anketne raziskave in statistične metode obdelovanja v podjetju Orbico podala oceno ključnih indikatorjev učinkovitosti, predstavila, kako vplivajo na učinkovito poslovanje podjetja ter dobljene rezultate tudi interpretirala. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da se večina zaposlenih ne strinja z odstranjevanjem rezultatov meritev ključnih indikatorjev učinkovitosti z delovnega mesta, saj so jim v veliko pomoč pri delu, ker predstavljajo jasno sliko o učinkovitosti dela. Ugotavljam, da prikaz rezultatov meritev vseh zaposlenih pripomore k temu, da so si skupine zaposlenih v pomoč, če opazijo, da cilji drugih skupin niso doseženi. Zaposlene rezultati meritev ključnih indikatorjev učinkovitosti motivirajo za hitrejše in učinkovitejše delo, tudi zato, ker v podjetju uporabljajo plačilo po učinku. Tako lahko zaposleni dobijo stimulacijo. Razlog za to, da nekateri zaposleni niso motivirani, je v tem, da več kot toliko ne morejo dati od sebe, kar prinese starost delavca. Rešitev bi bila, da bi meritve ključnih indikatorjev učinkovitosti prilagodili tudi starosti delavca, da bi tudi starejši lahko dobili stimulacijo in tako dosegli, da bi jih delo bolj zanimalo.

ANALYSIS OF THE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS IN LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION CENTER
Abstract:
The Key Performance Indicators are essential as they enable the company to have significant insights into the operations of its employees and they highlight opportunities for greater success of the company. They show what obstacles prevent efficient business operations. The aim was to investigate KPI in Orbico and to examine what impact the results of the KPI have on them. The research surveys and the statistical method accomplished in Orbico gave an assessment of the KPI and how the latter influence the efficient operation of the company. The results of the survey showed that almost the majority of employees do not agree with the removal of the results of KPI from the workplace, as they help them in order to provide a clear picture of the effectiveness of their work. The display of the results of measurements contributes groups of employees to help each other if they notice that the objectives of other groups are not met. The results of measurement of KPI motivate employees, which is shown in faster and more efficient work, and also because they are used to be paid per efficiency. The reason that some are not motivated is that the older employees are not as efficient as they used to be. The solution would be that the KPI measuring is adjusted to the age of the employee so that the older workers can as well receive stimulation. This is as well a method to make them more interested in work.
