Abstract
Vegetarijanstvo ni le način prehranjevanja, je tudi način življenja. Vsak človek se iz svojih razlogov odloči za to. Spoštovati moramo odločitev vsakega posameznika in poskrbeti, da živimo v skladu s svojo resnico. Za prehranjevanje obstaja veliko nasvetov in različnih diet, a edina prava dieta je tista, ki ustreza našemu telesu in našim potrebam, glede na trenutno stanje. Najboljše merilo za izbiro načina prehranjevanja, je naš notranji občutek, ki nam govori, kaj nam ustreza in kaj ne. Če si znamo prisluhniti, bomo v življenju zdravi in srečni. Vegetarijanec se odloči, da iz nekaterih razlogov ne bo užival mesa. Ti razlogi so lahko ekološki, moralno – etični, zdravstveni, verski, ekonomski ali drugi. Skozi zgodovino človeštva, je človek šel skozi različna obdobja in vedno ni imel možnost izbirati kaj bo jedel, če je hotel preživet. Človek je zelo prilagodljivo bitje. V današnjem času, v dobi potrošništva, pa je vsega na pretek in človek je dobil možnost izbire. Dobro je vedeti, kaj jemo in zakaj to jemo. Nikogar ne smemo obsojati, vsak posameznik pa je odgovoren, da se zavestno odloči kako se bo prehranjeval. Prehranjevanje je le en del, ki pripomore k zdravju in zdravemu življenjskemu slogu. Obstaja še mnogo drugih področij, na katere se moramo osredotočiti, če želimo celostno zdravje in stabilnost. Poleg prehranjevanja je pomembna tudi redna in zmerna telesna aktivnost, katera mora biti ustrezno načrtovana in stopnjevana. Vsako pretiravanje nam lahko bolj škodi kot koristi. Da smo telesno aktivni, ne rabimo biti športnik. Vsak se lahko odloči in se giba in s tem tudi prevzema odgovornost, da bo našel način, da se bo gibal varno. Če tega znanja nima, obstajajo trenerji in strokovnjaki na tem področju. Zdrav življenjski slog obsega veliko stvari. So stvari in področja, ki so vidna navzven. To so: prehranjevanje, telesna aktivnost in izogibanje stresnim situacijam. Stresne situacije so za vsakega posameznika drugačne, pa vendar imamo veliko skupnih. Človek bi se naj izogibal slabim razvadam, kot so kajenje in uživanje alkohola, uživanje prevelikih količin maščob, ponočevanje, sladkor, uživanje prevelikih količin kofeina in tako dalje. Obstaja pa tudi notranji svet, kateri v veliki večini odloča ali živimo zdrav življenjski slog ali ne. Vsaka situacija v kateri se znajdemo, je posledica notranjega stanja v telesu. Življenje nam da to, kar smo. Če smo v glavnem naravnani pozitivno, bomo v življenje privabili več pozitivnih ljudi in situacij. Če smo pa v glavnem naravnani negativno, pa več negativnih ljudi in situacij. To je čista matematika. Prevzeti moramo odgovornost za svoje življenje.

Title:Vegetarianism and a healthy lifestyle
Abstract:
Vegetarianism is not just a way of eating, it is also a way of life. Every human being decides on this for his own reasons. We must respect the decision of every individual and make sure that we live according to our truth. There are many tips and diets for eating, but the only real diet is the one that suits our body and our needs, depending on the current state. The best criterion for choosing the way of eating is our inner feeling, which tells us what suits us and what does not. If we know how to listen, we will be healthy and happy in our life. A vegetarian decides that he will not eat meat for some reason. These reasons can be ecologically, morally - ethical, health, religious, economic or something else. Throughout the history of mankind, man has gone through different periods and had not always had a choice what to eat, if he wanted to survive. Man is a very adaptable being. Nowadays, in the era of consumerism, everything is over and man has been given the choice. It's good to know what we eat and why we eat. We should not condemn anyone, and every individual is responsible for deliberately deciding how to eat. Eating is just one part that contributes to health and a healthy lifestyle. There are many other areas that we need to focus on if we want holistic health and stability. In addition to eating, regular and moderate physical activity is also important, which must be properly planned and graduated. Any exaggeration can do more harm than good. To be physically active, we do not need to be an athlete. Each one of us can decide and excercise and thus also assumes the responsibility to find a way to excercise safely. If we dont have this knowledge, there are trainers and experts in this field. A healthy lifestyle comprises a lot of things. There are things and areas that are visible outward. These are: eating, physical activity and avoiding stressful situations. Stress situations are different for each individual, but we have a lot in common. A person should avoid bad habits such as smoking and drinking, eating excessive amounts of fat, nightingales, sugar, excessive amounts of caffeine, and so on. There is also an inner world, which, in the vast majority, decides whether we live a healthy lifestyle or not. Every situation in which we find ourselves is the result of an internal state in the body. Life gives us what we are. If we are generally oriented positively, we will attract more positive people and situations into life. If, however, we are mainly negatively targeted, we attract negative people and situations. It's pure mathematics. We must take responsibility for our lives.
