Abstract
Združbe se morajo zavedati, da so zadovoljni zaposleni zelo pomemben dejavnik pri doseganju večje uspešnosti poslovanja. Namen diplomskega dela je raziskati, v kolikšni meri so zaposleni seznanjeni z družini prijaznimi ukrepi, ki jih izvaja njihovo podjetje, ter s kakšnimi težavami se spopadajo pri usklajevanju dela in družine. Na podlagi teh ugotovitev lahko vodstvo odpravi težave, ki se pojavljajo, kar pa posledično pomeni, da je boljše vzdušje in zadovoljstvo med zaposlenimi. Vodstvo podjetja je primorano zaznati morebitne težave pri usklajevanju poklicnega in družinskega življenja svojih zaposlenih, primorano je ukrepati in s tem prispevati k boljšemu vzdušju v podjetju. Pri izvedbi raziskave je bila uporabljena metoda anketiranja. Med zaposlene v družini prijaznem podjetju je bil razdeljen anketni vprašalnik. Rezultati so pokazali, da so družini prijazni ukrepi tako v dobro zaposlenih pri usklajevanju dela in družine ter v boju proti stresu in preobremenjenosti kot v dobro boljši uspešnosti združbe. Pomembna ugotovitev raziskave je, da so zaposleni zelo dobro seznanjeni z vsemi ukrepi, ki jim jih ponujata tako izbrano kot primerjano podjetje, ter da jim ukrepi prinašajo večje zadovoljstvo pri delu. S problematiko usklajevanja dela in družine se sreča skoraj vsak zaposleni, ki si ustvari družino. Zato je pomembno, da so združbe in predstavniki države ozaveščeni o tem in si prizadevajo rešiti problematiko. Uvedba družini prijaznih ukrepov je zato pozitivna tako za združbe kot za zaposlene, saj posledično prinaša manj odsotnosti z dela, stresnih situacij, konfliktov med zaposlenimi ter učinkovitejše in uspešnejše delovanje združbe.

Title:ANALYSISIZE OF WORK-FAMILY BALANCE IN A SELECTED COMPANY
Abstract:
Community should be aware that satisfied employees are a very important factor in achieving greater business performance. The purpose of the thesis is to investigate to what extent employees are familiar with family-friendly measures implemented by their company, and with what difficulties they are faced with in the reconciliation of work and family. Based on these findings, management can eliminate the problems that arise, which means a better atmosphere and satisfaction among employees, and above all a better productivity. The company's management is obligated to detect possible problems in reconciling the professional and family life of its employees, it is compulsory to take action and this contribute to a better atmosphere in the company. The survey method was used during the research. A survey questionnaire was distributed among employees in a family-friendly company. The results have shown that family-friendly measures are both, the well-being of employees, and the reconciliation of work and the family with the fight against stress and overload of work, as well as for the benefit of the community. An important finding of the survey is that employees are well aware of all the measures that are offered to them, both by the chosen and the comparable company, and that the family-friendly measures bring them greater satisfaction at work. Almost every employee who creates a family, meets the problem of balancing work and family. It is therefore important that the communities and the representatives of the state are aware of this and strive to solve the problem. The introduction of family-friendly measures is therefore both positive for the community and employees, as it brings less absence from work, less stressful situations, less conflicts among employees, and efficieness and effectivness functioning of the community.
