Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili tehnologijo izdelave kalupa modela sodobnega tipa čolna, ki je na našem trgu še nepoznan in temelji na metodi plaščenja tankoslojnih lesenih elementov. Najprej smo čoln modelirali v programu SolidWorks, kjer smo določili tudi njegovo težišče in vodno linijo. Nato smo določili obliko in konstrukcijo kalupa, s pomočjo katerega bomo čoln izdelali. Pot orodja za rezkanje ogrodja modela smo generirali s programom Mastercam, za določevanje tehnoloških parametrov obdelave modela s 7 osnim robotskim obdelovalnim centrom pa smo uporabili program RobotMaster. Z njim smo tudi simulirali gibanje robota in generirali kodo za njegovo krmiljenje. Konstrukcijo kalupa čolna smo izdelali iz brezove vezane plošče.

Title:Boat model production technology using 7 axis robotic machining center
Abstract:
In the thesis the technology of making a mold of a modern type of boat is presented which is still unknown on our market and is based on the coating method of thin-layered wooden elements. First, the boat was modelled in SolidWorks software, where its centre of gravity and water line was determined. Then, the shape and construction of the mold was determined, which will serve as the base in the manufacturing process. The path of the milling tool was generated using Mastercam software, while RobotMaster was used to determine the technological parameters for milling the mold with the 7 axis robotic machining centre as well as to simulate the milling process and to generate the control code. The construction of the mold was made from a birch plywood panel.
